You know when you’re waiting to get emails from a couple of people about things you find important? And you just REALLY REALLY want those emails to arrive so you keep refreshing your email like every 5 minutes (or less)? Except instead of getting the emails you really want to get you just get a ton of sample sale and Groupon emails instead?

Jeff and I are headed to the wedding of one of our best friends this weekend and I’m already counting down. Exactly 48 hours until we head to Austin!

I’ve kind of always hated that term but WHOA. I found Cougar Town. It’s called the Denver Tech Center and specifically the Baker Street Pub.

I don’t celebrate Valentine’s Day (I don’t NOT celebrate it, I’m not opposed to it for others, I just personally don’t celebrate it) so I kind of steered clear of Facebook and Tumblr yesterday to avoid the saccharine overload.

Oh, also, the post office is currently playing a medley of ABBA hits. It’s pretty amusing to see the mix of people here (old men, non-English speakers, young girls, etc) all bopping their heads along to “S.O.S” and “Fernando.”
Apparently it’s “snowing” in Austin today. People on Facebook are freaking out.
Um… sleet is not snow. Also, it snowed almost 2 ft in less than 24 hours here last weekend. And then it snowed again two other days right after that. There is enough snow piled up all over town to last until summer.
My perception of snow has certainly changed a lot since I left Texas....

Fitness questions/opinions:
1) Have any of you tried Zumba? Thoughts on it? I am thinking about trying out some classes but don’t want to bother if it’s lame. What do you think of it?
2) Do any of you have recommendations for new music to add to my workout playlist? I’m dying for some new tunes with a good beat to run to. Thanks in advance for any suggestions!
