Since I know a lot of people in town are looking for homes, I thought I’d mention this. There’s a 3 bed/3 bath new construction house in Wash Park for sale for less than $200k. It’s not my style but it might be someone else’s. In any case, it’s a great price for that neighborhood.

Very good price for that neighborhood. We looked there a few years ago, but needed more space than most of the houses could offer. Ended up out by the tech center to get a three car garage.
